Shipping Times and Costs
Due to high order volumes during sale periods, dispatch may take up to 7 business days.
We currently ship within Australia using the following options:

Pre-Orders
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.
If you would like your items shipped separately, we recommend placing separate orders.
Dispatch and Tracking
All items are processed with care. Please allow:

4–7 business days during sales or promotional periods
We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as Australia Post and other local delivery partners.

Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring correct delivery details and for accepting their orders.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or missed delivery, any re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
If store credit is issued, original shipping costs will not be refunded. For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost may be deducted from the total refund amount.

While we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, Ilsas Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, external factors, or unforeseen circumstances.
