At Ilsas Luxe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below regarding exchanges, returns, and refunds.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date

  • Items received after this period may be declined and returned to you

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible

All returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • All original tags attached

  • No makeup, stains, or strong odours

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned at your expense.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and policy reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Earrings

  • Pre-order items

  • Sale items or promotional purchases

  • Items purchased using store credit

  • Worn accessories

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Ilsas Luxe is not responsible for lost or missing return parcels.

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival.

Refunds & Store Credit

  • We offer store credit or exchanges only equal to the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs)

  • We do not offer cash refunds

If an item does not meet our return conditions, it will be sent back to you and additional shipping fees may apply.

Order Adjustments

We are unable to:

  • Apply discount codes after an order has been placed

  • Adjust prices for previous purchases

  • Combine discounts with already discounted items

Sales & Promotions

All sale items are final and non-refundable.

During sales and promotional periods:

  • Orders may take longer to process and ship

  • Additional delays may occur due to high order volume

  • All jewellery is made to order, which may extend processing times
